Place the files in your application folder where they belong.

/controllers/forum.php
/models/CXForum.php
/views/forums/posts.php
/views/forums/topics.php
/views/forums/forums.php
/views/forums/forums.css

Make sure to import the mysql.sql file into your database 
(phpMyAdmin works)
